i was so jealous with Kids sekarang.why???? bcos byk betul tmpt hot and so menarik for the Kids to explore it. dolu kala takdop pun. Kitaorang main pasir jer okay ard our house itupun if dapat peluang keluar main-main.Ouch my mom is totally weird tak happy bila we ols nak keluar and play with frens. Bagai alasan akan diberikan dan terpaksalah mendengar mukadimah panjang sebelum dapat jumpa kekawan.

Anyway bila time umuq macam ni baru dapat merasa masuk tempat bebudak main yang sangat organise and in fact you can choose whatever you want to be or play. Moreover kids ni boleh get paid bila they done any works sucessfully. Nak jadi host kt konti pun boleh dirasai sepanjang berada di sini.

TSDO ard Kuala Selangor

i ve been so excited bout the outing siap keep kacau Renuga on dis and even ada one day i was wrongly said " owh besok TSDO yes " , my colleague replied what? its next weekend my dear hahaha oucchhh dis is dah jadi over excited pulak.

When the day itself come whoo i bangun awal on my weekend and apple pie sent me off to Bangsar to get a ride with other frens. Some of us dah pun tercegat kat depan Pizza Hut or even our bus pun dah ready to start our journey. We started our journey about 8.00 am frm Bangsar by this time most us tengah seronok dalam blanket or even sibuk rush to morning market to get some sayur, fish and so on. Masak for family penting on da weekend.

The purpose i joined da outing is bcos i want treasure the moment of fireflies tour ard night. Yes dis is my first point ard all. Most of the frens yg joined dis trip is bloggers and media and of cos they will def bring together their canggih camera to cap ols the moments. Myself jauh benor nak di compare i only ve my tab to cap all da superb  scene Oh well itu jerlah yang ada buat masa ini hahaha.

All of us depart for Kg Kuantan for Fireflies tour ard 8.00pm from the riverside right after the dinner. Its superb magic of experience dapat tgk Kelip-kelip.Be blessed with Ciptaan Ilahi. I dont have any pics on Kelip-kelip as i we are not allowed to take during the tour. Anyhow i sempat tangkap and put on my palm its very beautiful.

Cholesterol Test - Apple Pie

What a day i used to see apple pie checking on his cholesterol just now. Do everyone knows or alert on this? i also not so much concern on this penyakit. Lets we google whats act cholesterol in our body.

Kekawan kita tak boleh malas membaca kerana ini macam vital ataupun important to make us more understand dan berhati hati. Tapi to lower kan highness of da choles kita bole cure kan melalui good diet and exercise. Jadi marilah sesama kita diet and bersenam. Jangan malas okay. Kalau tak reti berenang pun kita duduk jerlah dalam kolam tu ala ala nampak bersenam hahaha.

From my reading in my medical today i was made to understand that choles is act lebihan lemak yang terdapat di dalam peredaran darah.Jadi jangan ingat this is very light issue tau. They gotten the dangers and we have to be more careful and care about this. 

Dangers of cholesterol:-

1) narrowing the arteries

2) coronary heart attack risk - abnormal supply the blood and oxygen to the jantung

3) heart attack - when its blocked

4)  chest pain - tak cukup darah supply

5)  heart and blood vessels

6) stroke - brain cells begin to die 

Cholesterol Levels: 

1) Optimum level - less than 5mmol/liter

2) Mildly high - between 5 to 6.4mmol/liter

3) Moderately high - between 6.5 to 7.8mmol/liter

4)  Very high - above 7.8mmol/liter
