Tertarik to talk about this since ramai yang di sekeliling i yang beranak tahun ni. I jer belum lagi peeps.huuahuahu.same questions akan menerpa i "bila lagi nih? bf ada tak ni?ke u memilih?" oit i stand my correct here kalau dah Allah katakan belum rezeki i lagi belum lah dpt kahwin lagi.

Without further do, PANTANG selepas bersalin bermaksud ibuk ibuk ditegah daripada melakukan sebarangan hal mengikut kehendaknya atau buat kerja kerja rumah.

Selepas bersalin banyak yang kita kena ambil kira iaitu dari pelbagai aspek tidak kira gaya pemakanan, gaya hidup, pemakaian dan sebagainye. Jadi antara perkara perkara biasa yang dilakukan oleh ibuk ibuk ini adalah seperti tertera di bawah, taklah lengkap mana tapi from my reading what i could share here as following:

1)after 7 days baru boleh bergerak.Pantang ni selama 44 hari biasanya

2)kena pakai stocking untuk panaskan badan senantiasa

3)kat dahi lumur ubat untuk keluarkan angin yang berada dalam badan

4)bertungku ini supaya rahim kecut dan darah beku akan keluar. perbetulkan memana urat yang bengkak ketika proses bersalin. Malahan mengelakan rahim dari jatuh

5)makan ubat tok bidan bagi

6)makan jamu untuk hangatkan badan dan dapat membekalkan tenaga. Adalah di larang mengambil makanan yg bersifat sejuk, berminyak dan ais pls avoid it. Nanti perut kembang xley kempis kembali. From jamu juga juga kita mampu mengeluarkan toksin dari badan

7)urut mengurut ini supaya membetulkan urat tegang,melancarkan perjalan darah, membentukan badan, menaikan rahim kita semula

8)ada juga yang masih mengamalkan pemakaian bekung ketika pantang. Jangan risau nak cari bekung bcoz nowadays banyak kedai yang menjualnya for us to use it.

Bagi yang tak kahwin cepat cepat lah anda merancang nyer supaya anda dapat experience BerPantang seprti ibuk ibuk yang dimaksudkan seperti di atas.

Horray at last dapat jugak i squeeze my time to watch Hantu Kak Limah by Uncle Mamat Khalid. My movie is ard 7.35pm will be in CS JB mana lagi peeps and beehuh company me tonite. The mengumpat session will be later when i selesai menontonnyer bersama kak bee okay.

Counting days everyday sebab nak balik my house, rendu my bed sume bagai lah. Since masih lagi bekerja kat jay bee kena ulang alik every week nak jupe kekawan plus cuci rumah n baju. Bagi kucing yang takde owner makan. Banyak benda lah nak kena kena sort out when back home.

I actually nak share about HPA products cuma tak sempah research and get the correct infos lagi. Tapi just nak share that my uncle doing this project at our kampung since kat area kitaorang takder lagi outlet yang jual products from HPA.

Paling penting product ni halal dan di usakan oleh anak tempatan kita. Kita ni kekadang kalau tengok barang local mesti sebelah mata jer. Kalu boleh sume barang mesti imported from abroad. Sepatutnye kalau nak memajukan anak anak tempatan kita kena support them. Cuma for me kena jugak tengok keberkesananye terhadap pengguna. Sometimes ada yang tak serasi bila pakai, dengan demekian kenala cuba barulah tahu macam mana rupanyer. Dont say no to local brands but try and use it first then u can evaluate the goods.

Masa first started the kedai dulu i pernah lah beli produk pembersih untuk female yang di rumus from daun sireh. Kekawan banyak jugak citer pasal kebaikan daun sireh nih.

So kat atas ni contoh daun sireh bagi korang yang tak berapa nak kenal sangat ngan daun ni. Korang kenala jugak ambik tahu pasal pokok nih. Kalau orang tua tua zama dulu makan sireh dengan kapur dan sireh. Tok nenek nenek kita kunyah macam tu jer kot.

Boraking over the teh tarik memang ralik as memasing nak kongsi cerita. My guy friend ajak pi teh tarik biasalah mana lagi kalau tak mamak stall. Before we meet, i told him that i am super sleepy and lesu jer badan. Maybe boring bekerja entahlah.

Bila jumpa tu i macam terperanjat dari jauh i could see him bring a bottle of drink. In dalam hati i said wht this giu bring here. Botol cuma lah comel tapi lebih kurang macam botol tut tut tut. Tak sedap i nak tulis here so korang guessing sendiri.

Dia pun mintak aney bawakan cube of ice to tuang the drink into the glass that he brought to share with me. Dia pun mula lah cerita about the drink tadi. So bottle tadi is from Mohavie. Memang tak pernah merasa lah air tu before this. Mak aishhh mahal nyer babe one bottle is about RM 130 if am not mistaken. Nanti i check balik for my readers.

Tapi sedap boleh tahan. When dah minum tu ada jugak rasa segar balik. Good try jugak babes.

And coincident one day when i am on my way to office biasalah i am using the lrt the fastest kenderaan in the city like KL. I saw the outlet of the Monavie at Bangsar Lrt in UOA building. Cantik jer minah Mat Saleh hold the bottles kt situ.

Apa kebenda la bila i dengar yesterday terlopong jugak when one of my friends duk seronok share the story about detox.

Dengan pantas borrow my friend lappy and search about this. Dapatlah paham sikit sebanyak.

i went to KLCC last Saturday and see people very bukan sibuk nak celebrate X-mas but sibuk shopping. i am one of them cant avoid this LOL. The sale is likely what we are expecting as before bcos time ni lah dapat beli murah barang barang plus others beli untuk bagi gift to relatives n their close friends.

Perfumes price drop so crazy plus nak habiskan stock kot before enter the new year. Punyerlah excited dapat buy with harga yang murah plus dapat free gift. Time ni lah consultant/promoter dapat komisen lebih dari hari biasa Tapi kenalah bertungkus lumus sikit to promote any perfumes yg dey all kena jual.

Normally mereka yang celebrate this festive akan put the gifts under tree. Seingattku dari menonton movie Santa Claus ll come to any house and Cik Claus akan tunaikan ppl punye wishes. Siap masuk terowong pemanas musim sejuk sbb nak letak all da gifts tak silap. And kereta yang carry Pak Cik Claus is kereta roda yg pull by abang abang rusa. Cute about Pak Cik Claus ialah pakai baju tebal berbulu warna merah sbb time nih sejuk bcos of snow.

Right after lunch i buzzing my boyz gang so emo when speak to them, cried bcoz of the true friendship dat we created over a years. dis is so awesome relationship between five of us. i would like to thanks to all of us for the truly kindness indeed from their honesty and sincerety. Cup cakes atau kek cawan sangat lah famous mcm cendawan tumbuh nowadays. Aq adalah salah seorang yang sangat excited to make it by myself for Raya this year. This is the first time and hopefully xder lah oven my mother terbakar ke apa when baking the cup cakes. I am with books as a reference and my siblings turun padang to sesama buat cup cakes.

All of us kena balik sendiri to KB since no ride as usual by ISKA, he went back to KB early to sambut ramadhan and sekali withy raya after performing their Umrah. Sob sob sob dugaan kena balik sendiri pulak tu naik bus, semak okay. Hopefully there is no traffic during our long journey.

Banyak sunggoh lawak jenaka masa we all dalam bus. The funniest is by Mr Pilot, WTH lawok pok cik nih. BDW thanks for making this journey not boring.
